"Supporting people with compassion and presence as they work through life challenges and learn to live in their fullness"
Life is full of beauty, and also full of struggles. At times we may be thriving, and at times it may all feel too hard to carry alone. Whether it be working with past traumas, family-of-origin issues, or recent experiences that impact you, I can support you as you unravel unhelpful beliefs, explore your personal values and desires, learn some helpful tools, and move through healing as you discover who and how you'd like to be in this life.
